Who we are

Until Then is run by Dubient Designs Pte. Ltd., a company in Singapore. You can reach us at hello@untilthen.love.

What you buy

A template invitation costs $25 (US dollars), paid once by card through HitPay. A wedding with several events is still one invitation. The price includes finishing and checking it from your details and photos, a personal link for each guest, the replies dashboard with its spreadsheet, and one round of design changes.

Custom designs

• You send a brief, then pay the $299 starting price (US dollars) to begin.
• We then email you to agree the design and a timeline. If it needs more than $299 covers, we quote the difference before we start; if you’d rather not go ahead, we refund you in full.
• Once we have agreed the design and started on it, the starting price is not refundable, but we keep working with you until it is right.
• The finished design works like any invitation, and these terms apply to it too.

Making it and approving it

• Designing in the editor is free. You pay only when you order.
• After you pay, we finish and check your invitation and send it to you to approve, within 6 hours.
• Guests can open it only after you approve it.
• You can change times, venues, wording and photos yourself at any time, and guests see the change straight away.
• One round of design changes is included. More are by agreement.

Refunds

• If you cancel before we send your invitation to you to approve, we refund you in full.
• If we can’t deliver what you ordered, we refund you in full.
• Once we have sent it to you, we fix anything we got wrong, but we don’t refund a change of mind.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Write to us to ask for one.

What you add

Your words and photos stay yours. You let us store them and show them to the guests you send your invitation to. Please add only what you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful or hurtful; we may take down an invitation that breaks this.

Your guests

You choose who receives your invitation, and you are responsible for having their contact details. Their replies, including dietary needs, are kept for you and used for nothing else. Our privacy notice says how we handle them.

Keeping it online

Your invitation stays online while your account is open. You can close replies or take it offline yourself at any time, and ask us to delete it.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep invitations online and replies safe, but we can’t promise the service will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any loss is limited to what you paid for the invitation concerned.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here; the version you agreed to applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
