What we keep
- Your account: your email address.
- Your invitation: the names, dates, venues, words and photos you add.
- A custom design’s brief: what you tell us about the occasion, and any pictures you send, kept private for us to design from.
- Your guests: the names, email addresses and WhatsApp numbers you add.
- Guests’ replies: whether they are coming, how many, which events, dietary needs and any message.
- Payments: HitPay takes your card details. We see only the payer’s name, email and the payment reference.
Why
To make your invitation, show it to your guests, collect their replies for you, and contact you about your order. We don’t sell anyone’s data or use it for advertising.
Who helps us
Supabase stores the data and photos, in Singapore. Vercel serves the site. HitPay handles payments. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Guests’ replies
Personal links are private and kept out of search engines. Dietary needs can reveal religion or health, so replies are seen only by the host who invited the guest, and by us when helping with that invitation.
Cookies and storage
One cookie keeps you signed in. The editor keeps your draft in your browser’s storage. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
How long, and your rights
We keep an invitation and its replies while your account is open. You can delete unpaid drafts yourself and ask us to delete anything else. Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and guests can ask the same about theirs: write to hello@untilthen.love.
